COOKIES
My website uses cookies. Cookies are small text files that make it possible to store specific information related to the user on the end device of the user while the user is using the website. Cookies make it possible, in particular, to determine the frequency of use and the number of users of the pages, to analyze behaviour patterns of page usage, but also to make our offer more customer-friendly. The legal basis for this is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (General Data Protection Regulation).
Most of the cookies I use are so-called “session cookies”. They are automatically deleted after your visit. Other cookies remain stored on your end device until you delete them. These cookies make it possible to recognize your browser on your next visit.
If you do not want me to recognize information about your computer, please set your Internet browser so that it deletes cookies from the hard drive of your computer, blocks all cookies, or warns you before a cookie is stored. However, it is then possible that not all of the functions of my website may be available to you should do this.
If you leave my site via a link or by clicking on any links and thus reach external sites, it may be that cookies are also set by the addressees of the target site clicked on. I am not legally responsible for such cookies. For the use of such cookies and the information stored on them, please compare their data privacy declarations.
First Party Cookies (Cookies Which Do Not Require Consent)
Consent-free cookies ensure functions without which you could not use this website as intended. These cookies are used exclusively by me and are therefore so-called first-party cookies. Strictly necessary cookies cannot be deactivated via the function of this page. You can generally deactivate cookies in your browser at any time.
Third-Party Cookies (Cookies Which Require Consent)
In addition to cookies that do not require consent, I also use third-party cookies. Without these cookies, which require consent, certain functions on this website, such as displaying Google Maps, are not possible. These third-party providers may set cookies while you visit our website. Please visit the third party providers’ websites for more information on their use of cookies.
If you have decided not to give or you have decided to revoke your consent to the use of cookies requiring consent, only those functionalities of this website will be made available to you whose use we can ensure without these cookies.
Processing of Personal Data that You Provide
Personal information such as your name, postal address, telephone number, or electronic mail address will not be collected unless you provide this information voluntarily.
I call your attention to the fact that data transmission through the Internet (for example, when communicating by electronic mail) may have security gaps. Complete protection of data against access by third parties is not possible.
ENQUIRIES AND CONTRACTS
If you have made personal data available to me, I use them exclusively for the purpose of the technical administration of my website and to fulfill your wishes and requirements; in particular, to process the contract concluded with you or to respond to your enquiry.
If you send me enquiries via the contact form, your details (data) from the enquiry form, including the contact details you provided there, may be stored by me for the purpose of processing the enquiry and in the event of follow-up questions. The legal basis for this is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (pre-contractual measures and fulfillment of contract).
A transfer, sale, or other transmission of your personal data to third parties does not take place unless.
- It is necessary for the purpose of fulfilling or processing a contract. For example, when you order products, it may be necessary for me to transfer your address and order data to my suppliers.
- It is necessary for billing purposes.
- You have previously expressly consented to the transfer of your data.
The legal basis for this is Article 6(1)(b) of the GDPR (performance of contract) or Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR (consent).
OTHER ADVERTISING AND CUSTOMER CARE
Without your consent, I use personal data only to the extent permitted by law; that is, for customer relations management and for sending advertising by post. I do not use your electronic mail address and telephone number for advertising without your express consent. The legal basis for this is Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR (protection of legitimate interests).
You can object to the processing of your data for the purpose of direct advertising at any time and will then no longer receive any advertising from me.
Duration of Storage
I will delete your data if they are no longer required after processing an enquiry or termination of the contract. This does not apply to data that I am not yet allowed to delete owing to a legal obligation (for instance, documents that must be kept according to tax law and commercial law) and data that I need to safeguard legitimate interests; in particular, to assert claims or for direct marketing.
Your Rights
You have the following rights if the respective legal requirements are met:
- You have the right to obtain information about the personal data stored about you (Article 15 of the GDPR).
- You have the right to request the correction of inaccurate data (Article 16 of the GDPR).
- You have the right to request the deletion (Article 17 of the GDPR) or restriction of processing (Article 18 of the GDPR) of data that are no longer required. Insofar as legal retention obligations exist; for example, for business correspondence according to commercial law and tax law or another legal exception exists, data will not be deleted, but only the processing will be restricted.
- You may object at any time to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes and, for special reasons, also to the other processing of your data (Article 21 of the GDPR).
- You have the right to data portability (Article 20 of the GDPR); that is, the right to request the data you have provided to me in a structured, common and machine-readable format and to transfer this data to another controller without hindrance from me; if applicable, also the right to request that I transfer the data directly to another controller, insofar as this is technically feasible.
Right to object: In accordance with Article 21(2) of the GDPR, you may object to the processing of your data for direct marketing purposes at any time. The processing of your data will then be limited to the other purposes for which it is necessary and will no longer be processed for direct marketing. Furthermore, you may also object to the other processing of your data if there is a specific reason for doing so.
To assert your rights, please contact the above address.
If you believe that the processing of your data violates data protection law, you may lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (Article 77 of the GDPR).
